Returns
Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale, custom, or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item

- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide the return address and detailed return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
- Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
